Each of us has different strengths and capabilities. Though women have a higher emotional quotient and inner strength, they face many challenges and biases in their personal and professional lives.
At CloudifyOps, we encourage women just as we encourage men to grow and build technology capabilities. We strongly believe in taking care of our people as much as we would take care of our own families.
We are proud to celebrate diversity with women representing 25% of the entire team. Coming from different Indian states and backgrounds, these women appreciate the support and motivation they receive here. Some women in their early career stage have moved away from their families and homes for the first time in their lives. They feel at home with the emotional safety we provide to them.
We are equally proud to give a second chance to women who took a career break. The women appreciated and acknowledged the respectful and progressive environment at CloudifyOps, with opportunities equally available for every individual.
As part of the people engagement activities, we celebrated International Women’s Day earlier this week. The women began the fun session by introducing themselves with an adjective tagged to their name. Some adjectives mentioned were perfectionist, strong, tough, soft, tenacious, reliable, and simple. The women also shared their personal stories and specific incidents that challenged them and made them stronger today.
Speaking to the team on the occasion, CEO Vaithee said, “We are committed to inclusion. Leaders in CloudifyOps, be it women leaders in HR, Operations, Technology, or Delivery, are given full autonomy to run their teams aligned with the company vision and mission. Be it my family or at work, I have seen many strong women and truly believe in their potential.”
