Before co-founding and leading CloudifyOps, Vaithee held senior leadership roles at Sapient, Altisource, and Photon Infotech. Over the years, he has helped some of the world’s most recognized brands build scalable digital platforms, transform customer experiences, and achieve faster business outcomes.

Sushanth is the Founder and leads Technology at CloudifyOps. His past experience was in IT operations, specializing in DevOps, Cloud transformation and architecting solutions for IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
A passionate techie and a hands-on CTO, Sushanth firmly believes in creating value for stakeholders. He has led large projects while managing cross-functional resources to drive efficiency in enterprise technology operations. He has delivered large hybrid Cloud infrastructure projects for enterprises and startups and is skilled in building scalable and cost-optimized Cloud native solutions.
Experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines for faster project/product delivery, Sushanth is proficient in seeding new initiatives and leading them to production.
He worked with Photon Interactive and HCL, before launching CloudifyOps. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Associate Level, and a GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
Ram is a seasoned solutions-selling leader with over 24 years of experience spanning consultative sales, business management, and executive leadership. At CloudifyOps, he spearheads the company’s growth initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships, driving business expansion and customer success.
An engineer by training and a management professional by choice, Ram holds an Executive Master’s in Management from TAPMI. His career reflects a balance of entrepreneurial spirit and corporate leadership — having co-founded a startup and held senior roles at EY and Aon.
Known for his hands-on approach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an unwavering commitment to results, Ram has consistently helped client organizations unlock value and achieve transformative outcomes.
Outside of work, Ram enjoys long drives, reading, and exploring latest movies.
Sarada has worked in the IT industry throughout her career. She leads the delivery of our commitments to key relationships and identifies opportunities to expand CloudifyOps’ scope and involvement in these accounts.
Sarada was a Manager Quality Assurance with Oracle for 14 years and has a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Bangalore University.
She is a mother to two vivacious girls. She loves to explore and dive deep into the rich Indian history & culture.
Kumar is a technically sophisticated, dynamic, and result-oriented Information Technology professional with experience in designing and building engineering solutions on Cloud by embedding DevOps best practices. He was engaged with multiple teams & projects to design, develop, deploy, and operate Cloud infrastructure, both on public and on-premises, on the AWS and Azure platforms.

He is an Azure Certified Administrator & Certified Kubernetes Administrator.

Drashti is an accomplished leader with an impressive performance history of building practices and capabilities in Project Management, Agile Methodologies and Cloud Operations & Software Quality Assurance.
She is highly capable of building projects, running them with high availability for business continuity, implementing suitable technology under the guidance of the CTO, identifying solutions to enable business growth, and providing thought leadership in balancing optimization and excellence to maximize business value.
She has completed her Master’s in Computer Applications, from Gujarat University and was associated with Atos Syntel, GlobalLogic, Aveksa, RSA-EMC and Altisource before her journey with CloudifyOps.
Drashti loves traveling to different places around the globe, learning new skills and investing in various businesses. She lives in Bangalore along with her family of 4.
Before joining CloudifyOps, Adarsh worked with USEReady, HP, and Accenture in the areas of Business Intelligence, Cloud, Design Thinking, Program & Product Management, and IT Service Management.

He enjoys cooking and is a voracious reader. Adarsh holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from KITs College of Engineering, Kolhapur.
Sandesh is an accomplished Operations leader whose expertise lies in People Operations, Service Delivery, and Cross-Functional Collaboration. His leadership focus centers on building a scalable, efficient, and predictable operational foundation that drives consistent year-on-year growth while preserving quality, culture, and profitability.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, he brings a strong technical and analytical foundation to his role.
