THE CHALLENGE |

The customer platform was built on a monolithic architecture. As the business and the users accessing the platform grew, the developers couldn’t release multiple new features at speed. Scalability was an issue with end users not having a good experience with viewing the platform. The customer teams spent many hours resolving development and deployment issues, leading to poor performance, especially during traffic spikes.

The CloudifyOps team simplified the customer’s transition by configuring vertical and horizontal pod autoscaling, ensuring the system can scale efficiently with demand. Additionally, the cluster-rebuild process was automated using Kubernetes automation and declarative configuration, lowering the duration from almost an entire day (done manually) to a few hours.
