I have 15+ years of work experience. Before joining CloudifyOps in 2021, I worked with USEReady, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, and Accenture Technology in the areas of Business Intelligence, Cloud, Design Thinking, Program and Product Management, and IT Service Management. I hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from KITs College of Engineering, Kolhapur, and an MBA in Operations from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

I have been following CloudifyOps on LinkedIn since 2018. I love to explore technology. Cloud and DevOps are niche skills in the software development process. In my previous roles at USEReady and Accenture, I had the opportunity to work with Cloud tools and technologies. I felt it was the right time to explore a new opportunity with a growing organization in this space.
To build a robust delivery framework and to ideate a product or a framework with my peers in the ever-evolving space of Cloud, Security, and DevSecOps.

Being decisive, fair, and owning up to mistakes are some traits I have learned professionally. I have continuously improved my competencies in Delivery and Technology after joining CloudifyOps. By working closely with the leadership team and our people for the past 3 years, I’ve learned that people see life differently and each of us wants different things. Each of the choices we make to accomplish our goal has trade-offs. Professionally, I have learned not to vilify or judge someone else’s choices.
Practice and create a safe environment for honest, candid communication, and infuse some level of optimism into everything I do.
What is the one thing you learned related to your work?
Perseverance. When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow, it will split into two, and I know it was not the last blow that did it but all that had gone before.
I believe that learning is a continuous process, and it is inspiring to see that it is highly valued at CloudifyOps. Our tech leaders share the latest Cloud, DevOps, and DevSecOps trends with the team. The team is engaged in proof of concepts as part of their learning journey. This builds their capability and enables them to write blogs and case studies, achieve certifications, and present tech talks internally. Boot camp initiatives are conducted for select team members to upskill and be ready for any new projects or initiatives.

I would prefer to suggest. Cloud/DevOps is an ever-evolving space. What we focus on at CloudifyOps is knowledge, how well one understands the subject and can think of a solution. For us, it’s incredibly important to infuse some level of optimism into everything that we do and people wanting to join us should also be able to do it as part of their career progression and the organization’s growth.
