I came across CloudifyOps through LinkedIn. I was interested in joining this organization because I saw a great opportunity to improve my skills, work with current and upcoming technologies, and be part of a collaborative team.
Over the next year, I plan to earn my Terraform certification and deepen my expertise in various DevOps tools. My long-term goal is to evolve into a proficient multi-cloud and DevOps engineer, contributing even greater value to the team and our projects.
I stay driven by continuously learning about advancements in cloud technology. This not only enhances my own skills but also ensures the organization stays aligned with industry trends, keeping us competitive and positioning us as experts in the field.
Since joining, I’ve experienced substantial growth—both technically and as a team player. My expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation has deepened, and I’ve honed my collaboration skills by working on cross-functional projects. The supportive culture here has encouraged me to take ownership, stay proactive, and consistently push myself to learn and improve.
CloudifyOps has played a big role in helping me grow personally, especially when it comes to soft skills. Working here has improved my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. One key thing I’ve learned is the importance of automation in improving efficiency and consistency. Automating repetitive tasks has helped reduce errors, speed up delivery, and allow the team to focus on more strategic work.
I’m currently preparing for the Terraform Associate certification to further strengthen my infrastructure-as-code expertise.
What I really like about the learning and training initiatives at CloudifyOps is how practical and hands-on they are. The sessions are designed to reflect real-world scenarios, which makes it easier to apply what we learn directly to our work. I also appreciate the encouragement to pursue certifications and upskill in emerging tools and technologies.
