My biggest growth is the confidence I have gained in myself and my professional capabilities, after a break of 5 years. I have proved to myself that I can handle any request or requirement to completion without any major challenges.
I have learned how to prioritize work here. I found the confidence to rebuild myself. I am able to analyze the situation I am in better and act in a manner that helps the organization.
I have explored and learned about many aspects of my responsibilities, be it statutory guidelines, transactional processes, or new accounting applications.
I have completed tasks on or before deadlines, most of which were time-bound, ensuring there were no fines or penalties. I keep data up-to-date, which helps our team in decision-making.
The 2022 Diwali celebration was the most fun moment for me with the team.

I also like the importance given to work-life balance and the motivation given to everyone who performs well. Though I am a Finance & Accounting professional, the leads here encourage me to learn about Cloud and DevOps, which will help me understand and become better at my work.

As our field is dynamic and involves various Acts, rules & regulations, we must understand the changes and implement them practically on the job.
All team members are given opportunities to learn and upskill themselves, according to their career track. Team members successfully completing certifications have their certification costs reimbursed.
I am pursuing complete finance manager course currently.
Be it any job, the individual should have a basic understanding of what they are expected to do in the role. If you are aspiring to be an F&A professional, deciding the area of specialization is important (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Taxation, etc.) and then continuously upskill yourself.
