His background spans Business Intelligence, Cloud, Design Thinking, Program and Product Management, and IT Service Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from KITs College of Engineering, Kolhapur, and an MBA in Operations from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies."

About Yourself

Tell us about your educational background and previous experiences.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from KITs College of Engineering, Kolhapur, and an MBA in Operations from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

How did you hear about us and what interested you in joining our team?

I have been following CloudifyOps on LinkedIn since 2018. I love to explore technology. Cloud and DevOps are niche skills in the software development process. In my previous roles at USEReady and Accenture, I had the opportunity to work with Cloud tools and technologies. I felt it was the right time to explore a new opportunity with a growing organization in this space.

About Your Profession

What is on your wish list for the next 12 months at CloudifyOps?

To build a robust delivery framework and to ideate a product or a framework with my peers in the ever-evolving space of Cloud, Security, and DevSecOps.

How do you motivate yourself to do the best for yourself and the organization?

Operate with Integrity – I set high standards for myself and the people around me. I believe in fostering curiosity, learning new things, and having new experiences.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

Being decisive, fair, and owning up to mistakes are some traits I have learned professionally. I have continuously improved my competencies in Delivery and Technology after joining CloudifyOps. By working closely with the leadership team and our people for the past 3 years,  I’ve learned that people see life differently and each of us wants different things. Each of the choices we make to accomplish our goal has trade-offs. Professionally, I have learned not to vilify or judge someone else’s choices.

How has CloudifyOps helped you develop yourself personally?

Practice and create a safe environment for honest, candid communication, and infuse some level of optimism into everything I do.

How would you describe your team?

Our team is hard-working and dependable, and there is positive reinforcement within the team. Enthusiastic bunch of people we work with, who are motivated and open-minded which binds the team together.

What are some things you’ve noticed about our leadership team?

Every one of us is capable enough to lead the mission of making CloudifyOps a successful organization in the coming years. The leadership team practices and makes sure there is a 100% commitment from every one of us. They respect the system and give equal importance to everyone within the organization. We are committed and find joy in succeeding through others.

Words of advice

What advice would you give to someone who wants to enter this field?

I would prefer to suggest. Cloud/DevOps is an ever-evolving space. What we focus on at CloudifyOps is knowledge, how well one understands the subject and can think of a solution. For us, it’s incredibly important to infuse some level of optimism into everything that we do and people wanting to join us should also be able to do it as part of their career progression and the organization’s growth.
