About Yourself

Tell us about your educational background and previous experiences.

I am a BTech(ECE) graduate from NIT Jamshedpur. Before joining this company, I worked as an Associate Engineer in Middleware Technology (Mulesoft) in Publicis Sapient.

 

How did you hear about us and what interested you in joining our team?

A Senior Colleague at Publicis Sapient mentioned this company to me. Startup culture, Cloud and DevOps piqued my interest. Moreover, an ex-project director was part of the leadership team at CloudifyOps which further allowed me to explore joining this organization.

About Your Profession

What is on your wish list for the next 12 months at CloudifyOps?

For an evolving startup like us, Innovation is the key for brand differentiation and market expansion. I aim to lead and deliver impactful innovations at scale.

How do you motivate yourself to do the best for yourself and the organization?

My primary motivation is to build a better quality of life for my family and myself. I strongly believe that organizations flourish when individual career goals align with the organization’s vision. This alignment drives me to consistently give my best.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I have gained proficiency in cloud, DevOps, AI along with the experience in leading and mentoring teams. This culture also gave me early exposure to how the  business operates including client interactions and decision making, which I believe is the key for my professional growth.

How has CloudifyOps helped you develop yourself personally?

I have learned the importance of active listening – giving others the space to fully express their thoughts and perspectives. I have also learned how to align conversations with clear outcomes making the communication focussed and collaborative.

The team is supportive, growth oriented and always willing to stretch beyond their roles to contribute more.

What are some things you’ve noticed about our leadership team?

I have been with the company for over 5 years.  I have seen significant positive changes in the leadership team. They have built a better organizational structure allowing leadership to think beyond delivering projects and focus on long term growth.  I have also noticed continuous efforts to adapt to market conditions, leadership is consistently pushing themselves to do better.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to enter this field?

Be open to opportunities, stay adaptable and always prioritize outcomes over progress.
