Tell us about your educational background and previous experiences.

I completed my Engineering in Electronics & Communication. I started my career as a System Engineer and paved my way into cloud technologies. I worked as a cloud engineer for a year before joining CloudifyOps.

How did you hear about us and what interested you in joining our team?

I was referred to this place by a former coworker from my past job because my objectives/aspirations closely matched the company’s future potential.

What do you love most about the Cloud and DevOps field?

The allure and potency of cloud technology are captivating. Integrating it into learning, discussions, and the implementation of other technological solutions adds a layer of engagement and enjoyment to the experience!

What is on your wish list for the next 12 months at CloudifyOps?

Within the next year, I am determined to ascend to the esteemed role of a Technology Solutions Manager, steering projects toward success through innovation and leadership.

How do you motivate yourself to do the best for yourself and the organization

I absorb the struggles of others, the path they’ve traveled, and the wisdom of respected leaders who conquered similar challenges. By learning from others’ journeys, I’m motivated to push my limits, grow personally, and help our organization succeed.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I joined CloudifyOps as an Associate engineer and am currently working as a Senior Cloud Engineer leading the IT and NOC team of 23 members.

How has CloudifyOps helped you develop yourself personally (soft skills)?

CloudifyOps has elevated my leadership prowess and career trajectory to new heights through remarkable strides and adventurous growth.

What kinds of resources have you taken advantage of while on our team?

I’ve embraced mentorship opportunities to gain insights, while making use of the diverse software and tools available within the company, contributing substantially to my personal development and efficiency in our team’s operations.

What have been your biggest accomplishments on our team? Where have you made the biggest impact?

My dedication and commitment to my work, taking complete ownership, calmness under pressure, and reliability have made the biggest impact here.

What was the most fun moment with the team?

We usually gather after working hours to discuss future endeavors and improvement plans and have fun conversations.

What is the one thing you learned in the last month related to your work?

In technology, I learned about challenging security features provided in the cloud and other third-party tools, and the behavior of multiple vulnerabilities and their prevention.

What do you like about the learning/training initiatives at CloudifyOps?

I appreciate the robust learning/training initiatives within our organization, especially the learning platform that CloudifyOps offers to the associates to build competencies in technology and soft skills.

What certification are you preparing for now? Or what was the most recent certification you obtained?

I’m a certified AWS Sysops Administrator. I am now targeting the Professional level.

My leadership team is approachable, supportive, and attentive listeners who not only encourage a friendly atmosphere but also value our input by actively providing constructive feedback.
